The name derives from the indigenous plant and has been created to service the region with authentic Peruvian flavours. Chef Alex Barrera brings his global experience and regional understanding of Peruvian cuisine to host them within this stunning Fadi Sarieddine designed restaurant, bar & lounge.
Located in the heart of DIFC, Totora provides modern and trendy interiors with unique Peruvian cuisine. With capacity for 185 seated diners there are spacious social areas all set within 6,000 sqft and open 7 days a week noon till moon. The restaurant has its own resident DJ to keep the atmosphere alive and is the newest social hotspot to see and be seen in.

Hendircks Bar Four Seasons, Jumeirah, Dubai
A classic gin house, Hendricks Bar has been created as a take on the traditional British club. With the most extensive list of botanically distilled liquid available within the region, you can relax into your evening with a fantastically tailored menu of G&T’s enjoyed with the personalised service expected from this auspicious five-star premise.
As part of the Four Seasons Jumeirah, Hendircks Bar has been created as a small sanctuary just off the corner of the foyer.
